The plain-language terms for buying from and using olloy.sg. We have kept them short and honest — using the site or placing an order means you agree to them.
These terms
Olloy is a Singapore-based brand of design-led orthopedic dog beds. These terms govern your use of olloy.sg and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or buying from us, you accept them. If something here is not clear, write to us before you order.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST where applicable. We take care with our listings, but if a price or detail is clearly wrong we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Your order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email; until then we may decline it.
The 30-night trial & returns
Live with your bed for 30 nights from the date of delivery — preorders included; the window opens when the bed arrives, not when you order. If it is not right, write to us within that window and we will arrange a free collection and refund of the bed price. The cover should be returned reasonably clean; we ask this so returned beds can be donated rather than discarded. The trial is limited to one bed per household. Add-on covers and gift cards are non-returnable once used.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Singapore, typically within three to five business days. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Risk in the bed passes to you on delivery to the address you give us, so please make sure it is correct — for gifts, that the recipient details are right.
Warranty & care
Our beds are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, chewing or damage from misuse, or covers that were not cared for as described. Follow the care guidance — cold wash, air dry, never machine-wash the foam core — to keep the warranty intact.
Our content
The Olloy name, wordmark, photography, and the words on this site are ours, and we would appreciate you not reproducing them commercially without asking. You are welcome to share our pages and tag us — that is the nicest kind of use.
Liability
We stand behind our beds, but to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here, with its date, is the one that applies.
