Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, keep it carefully, and never sell it. This explains what we hold, why, and the choices you have under Singapore Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
When you order, enquire, or sign up, we collect the details you give us — your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and any message or gift note you write. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
We also receive a little technical information automatically — your browser type, device, and how you move through the site — so the pages work well and we can improve them.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, reply to you, handle returns under the trial, and — only if you have opted in — to send the occasional note about new colourways or sizes. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners who help us operate — our payment processor, delivery couriers, and email platform — and only the minimum each needs. They are bound to use it solely on our instructions, and to protect it.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the essential ones keep checkout functioning.
Keeping & protecting it
We keep your information only as long as we need it — to honour your order, our trial, and our legal and tax obligations — then we remove it. While we hold it, we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time, and always within the period the law requires.
