Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
We deliver island-wide across Singapore, usually within three to five business days of your order. You will get a confirmation email the moment it is on its way.
Can I send a bed as a gift?
Yes — every Olloy can ship as a gift, wrapped in our kraft box with tissue, ribbon and a handwritten care card. Add your message at checkout and we will send it straight to the recipient.
How do I pay?
Checkout accepts all major cards and the usual local payment methods. Payment is handled securely by our provider; we never see or store your full card number.
The bed & sizing
Will the Medium fit my dog?
At 80 x 60 cm, the Medium suits Singapore most-loved breeds — toy poodles, Shibas, Cavapoos, Corgis, Maltese and the like. If your dog is between sizes, write to us and we will advise honestly.
Are other sizes coming?
Yes — all three sizes are available. Small, Medium and Large are open for preorder now; choose your size on the product page and we will email your dispatch date. Between sizes? Write to us and we will advise honestly.
Which colours can I choose?
All three — Forest Green, Warm White and Navy Blue — are available to preorder now, in every size.
Materials & care
What is the foam made of?
40D-50D open-cell, gel-infused memory foam over a high-density support base. It is CertiPUR-US certified, and we publish the density because we are proud of it — most brands will not.
Can I wash the cover?
Unzip the cover, cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, and air dry. The foam core stays out of the wash. Replacement and add-on covers are available any time.
Does it really stay cool in the heat?
The open-cell structure lets heat escape rather than building up, and the gel draws warmth from the surface. It is engineered for 28-32°C days — the cooling is built in, not an afterthought.
Trial, returns & warranty
How does the 30-night trial work?
Live with the bed for 30 nights, counted from the day it arrives — preorders included. If it is not right for your dog or your room, write to us within that window and we will arrange a free collection and refund the bed price.
Use it properly. The cover is washable, and we expect a returned bed to have been slept on — we ask only that it comes back reasonably clean, so it can be donated rather than discarded. One trial per household; add-on covers are returnable only if unused and unwashed.
What is the warranty?
Two years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover chewing, misuse or normal wear — following the care guidance keeps it intact.
My dog will not use it yet — what should I do?
Give it a week or two. Dogs take time to adopt a new bed; placing it where they already like to rest, with a familiar blanket on top at first, helps. That is exactly what the trial is for — 30 nights is far longer than most dogs need.
